As I previously suggest, have you contacted with the repair center? What did they say?

unfortunately, there is no asus repair centre in my country (Iran), but I show the phone to other repair centres and they said the problem is referred to camera software because they tested my camera hardware and it worked.

My camera of ZC554KL in WW-15.2016.1907.519 works properly. If you have any concern with the firmware version and never unlock/root your device, please update to the latest version and perform the Factory Reset. Thank you.
