Hello! Ported in from Jio to Airtel. But now VoLTE option is missing on Asus Zenfone 4 Selfie (X00LDB) model. I contacted service provider, after a long 15 days of investigation they reported that there is no issue found on their end and asked me to change the device. I checked inserting the SIM to other handset and VoLTE was working.
Now it seems like an issue of Asus handset. Can anyone help?
