Hello I'm having issues with my fingerprint sensor, it's not working at all. 

It looks like is not recognised anymore.

Can not add more fingerprints either unlock my phone with it.

Some help?

The problem could be caused by a dirty screen in the fingerprint area. You have probably already checked this, but, in case,  cleaning the screen with a slightly damp cloth might help.

Already did, using isopropyl alcohol, still the same. 

I think it has something to do with the OS.

I also have an issue with the passwords, can't check my passwords on management since the fingerprint is gone.

Anther try: did you check that under:  Settings  - Security and screen lock - Fingerprint

the Fingerprint is still enabled? Perhaps restarting the phone may help to recover a temporary software problem

Yes, already. 

The system is not recognising the sensor at all. It doesn't even show serial number .
