Zenfone 10 sim not detected

Hi guys,

Dropped the phone and the sim was no longer detected.

Switched to second slot and it worked.

Dropped it again a few weeks later and now it's not detected even in the second slot.

Opened the phone, cables are still connected to the reader board.

Should I replace the board?

Check for any visible damage to the SIM reader and clean the contacts gently. If the issue persists, replacing the board is a good option. Also, try another SIM card to rule out any other issues.

It sounds like there could be some damage to the port, you can reach out to your closest ASUS Service Center so that they can look closer into it.
