Zenfone 10 lasts only 3 hours during Whatsapp video call using WiFi

Hello outer world, in this post I am telling everyone that zenfone 10 is actually my first and fun flagship phone, especially the compact factor, it fits during my first year of usage

Here comes the "after honeymoon" phase, I do video calls with this phone in a regular basis using Whatsapp, it could lasts me I think 5 hours+ in my 1st year of usage (using both mobile data or WiFi)

But during my 2nd year, I notice something's so OFF. I could only literally lasts 3 hours during whatsapp video call from 100% to 20% battery life using WiFi, because I normally charge in 20% up to actual 90% based on my setting, but I'd give it a try for 100% hoping it lasts longer, but yeah it doesn't go well. 

I did simple test for example charging up to 100% and pulled it off, and yeap my screen time of 25 minutes without heavy task has cost me 7% battery life, I mean what is going on?

I live in Indonesia, no excess apps, not even installing a new apps, storage always under 70% full

Hoping I could find the answer, is it my phone battery cycle that has reach its peak? (Means my battery issue due to personal use you know what I mean sometimes forgot to charge during emergency, etc) Or is it just some update issues? There could be several things that could affect battery, but in mobile phones it normally is that there might be some processes or apps working in the background eating up the battery, you can always check which apps or processes are using battery if you go to Settings > Battery > Battery usage 
In there you can view them by apps or by system processes.

I did do factory reset, with all application uninstalled, it did occur again, I assume this is Update issues bug since I had found it during my Android 13 to Android 14 updates last year in January, I ask for changing unit cause I know some units just doesn't get well with major updates bug, but the official service center decline it ( it has only been 3 months after my purchase in September 2023) and then here it comes, Android 15 updates comes within the same issue, but I don't know whether if it is hardware or same issues as first one I encounter in Jan 2024

Apps are running well, but battery was quick drained, all is smooth thou (usually if battery hardware start to drain, the apps within will slow down too or the temperature is too hot, in my case apps is still running smoothly) , I wonder why (because after sales in Indonesia really getting my stress level to next level)

Updated news: I brought it to Asus Authorized Service Center and it needs literally 5 days of leaving the phone, the phone is treated the same as laptop, I get my old phones fixed in 1 day, directly by technician ( it is 3 times cheaper phones than my Zenfone 10 ). It really disappoint me as customer thou, they can't even just remove the bug as they did last year or tell me what is the issue in 1 day at least so I can come back another day when my spare part comes. Kiddos for your reply thou, thank you, but I won't recommend buying Asus phones in Indonesia anymore
