Volte and 5 support for zenfone 10 in uae

My asus zenpfone 10's "enable volte" option disappared, will we get a software update for uae users to get access to volte and 5g?

Hi.

If you don't see the option, your carrier hasn't turned it on. Talk to them and tell them to activate it for you. 

Some carriers support VoLTE only in certain cities or area codes.

Please follow the steps below to confirm if VoLTE function is enabled on your phone:
1. Go to Settings > Network & internet > Internet.

2. Tap settings icon beside SIM.

3. Enable Volte to use Volte service and select Preferred network type include 4G.

You can also force it by dialing the following code in the phone app: *#*#86583#*#*

I got in touch with the carrier but they have no clue, they said everything is OK from their side and I have enable the options from my side on the phone but the options are no longer available in the settings menu. Intialy the Volte and Vowifi toggle switchs were  visible and available but it disappeared later. Funny part is that the phone doesn't even connect to 5g but my older Rog 3 phone connects to 5g.Please see attached screenshot from my Zenphone 10
