Hello. I have a problem from new phone. When i'm talking with phone by handsfree, nobody can't understud me. It's damaging voice. When i'm talking normaly everything it's good. So what's a problem?
It also depends on the smartphone of the person calling you. In my experience, on some smartphones, when the hands-free mode is activated, people with older phones complain about the sound quality.
