Button with label "See in chat" does nothing in the messages app

I want to be able to use the messages app without damages and without painful confusion but basic functionality is not there. For example, there is no simple way to go to the beginning, there is no simple way to export a chat and I can't even press the button labeled "See in chat" for an image or a video. So it becomes impossible to manage the chat history, even though it is a very basic feature. I can only assume it was done on purpose to make it more expensive for the customer e.g. searching for support and pay for a solution to the problem that the company sold to me.

I thought Samsung and Apple created atrocities with their products so I switched to Asus and the Zenfone causes a lot of damage and extremely painful confusion, but at least it is not as harmful as Apple or Samsung.

Asus sells a computer with Microsoft windows and there is a bug in the operating system which only occurs with the Asus computer because it is caused by Asus and even it it wasn't, it was Asus who sold it so they are responsible.

I can't believe you are totally incompetent and you try to make conclusions about a legal responsibility and you don't even know which country it is.

You should delete your stupid oneliner

It's usually the same with any software, for example software in cars. If the software has a failure, the car manufacturer cannot blame their supplier.

I don't think you have any knowledge at all, you are simply jumping to the wrong conclusion.

A company cannot include a software in their product offering, sell the software and then blame the supply-chain when it fails. It is trivial

I think you should be careful jumping to the wrong conclusion. If a company bundles software and sells it, the company is usually responsible for the included software no matter who is their supplier.

If you are not a lawyer then you should remove your stupid comment.

Now the bug has been fixed! Can you believe it? It works! Problem is solved. Maybe it helped that I complained for once...

Last update seems to be released last week, if it got solved today then it looks like you might have been the problem lol.

So first it's a conspiracy theory and now you, the trolls, are back to blaming the customer again? What if you check what was in the recent updates? What if you stop making assumptions about me and how I am at home, and get to the central point? There was a bug and it should be quite easy to show, looking at the previous versions of the installations. And no, Asus cannot blame the supplier and Asus cannot blame the customer.

It wasn't a false positive and it wasn't the first time that Asus shipped a bug to me, and then you are a bunch of non-qualified trolls trying to blame the paying customer.

Any normal person would have checked what was in the recent updates if you have any logic at all to your reasoning.

No, I'm not retarded and you should stop making assumptions that have no basis in facts. "if you got it..." c'mon what are the facts?
