same issue here, I'm with Kogan in Australia; I've seen more threads with the same issue and they also had Kogan as their provider. I've managed to fix it twice but the issue keeps coming back.
The first time I fixed it I changed the APN details - did this with a service person from Kogan directing me on what to do.
the second time I tried messing with the APN details again by myself I added proxy setting, then deleted it again. Then I reset my wifi, data and bluetooth via settings... still nothing, until, I updated my wi fi details, then switched wi fi off. after that mobile data started working again...
my cleaning job has been affected somewhat by this issue as I use mobile data and sat nav to locate clients homes, and I use mobile data to give clients my bank details so they can pay me. twice this week i've had issues and was unable to give clients my bank details. I'd really like to see a fix soon ASUS.
