Rooted or not: No plan
Frequency of Occurrence: most of the time
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): Camera App

Sadly, it's still there after clearing storage. Only the video is stuttering, the audio is fine.

To help out Anders_ASUS while you wait for his response, do you have the same version as the below screenshot?
The version number is on the bottom of the screenshot. Just like the other issue, I can't replicate this one too for some reason using the same settings for the video from the camera app.

The other thing to try is to eliminate third party software causing the problem and to do this, log in safe mode and do a similar video and see if it occurs.
