Unable to lock / unlock using ASUS unlocking tool.

Please tell us some basic information before asking for help:
Model Name: ASUS_I001DA (CN_I001D
Firmware Version: WW_16.0622.1907.33_0
Rooted or not: NOT
Frequency of Occurrence: N/A

I'm trying to unlock my asus rog 2 phone tencent edition currently flashed to the mentioned version above so I can enable the OTA updates and themes for global rom. I encountered the error;


I tried the apk files from:
https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/ZenFone/ZS660KL/ZS660KL_SIGNED_UnlockTool_9.1.0.10_190702_fulldpi... and
https://www.asus.com/tw/Phone/ROG-Phone-II/HelpDesk_Download/
And still got the same issue. I tried to use two different internet connections and we're using a fiber optic connection so I don't really think connection is the issue. Any workaround and fix on my end so I can update my firmware?

Currently, ROG Phone II can only unlock once and since your device is Tencent with WW Rom, it has already been unlocked once. But our team is currently lobbying to lift this limitation for ROG Phone II too
