I dont know what going on. Im playing PUBG 20 minute and my phone shutdown. Hardware or software problem ?

The advice is to take your phone to service centre if your phone is shutting down. But before doing so, you can do a few things:
Lower the settings (if you have it maxed in both Armoury Crate and in PUBG) - this is just to see if it makes any difference.
Factory reset your phone
If problem still presist, then visit service centre.
Also, it is worth pointing out that downgrading to A9 helped a few others here too. An option if you do not wish to visit a service centre at this terrible time.
