ROG II AUTO OFF

After update A10, when playing PUBG About 30. Minutes my ROG II 8/128 Shut Off, and when charging is very slow and sometimes not connected. Please Solutions sir !

The service centr only downgrading the software to android 9 and saying its a software issue and you tech team guys are saying its a hardware issue

Does the back of the phone mention Tencent?
Everyone receives the same update and with me being on the latest firmware, I can't really reproduce the problem.
Does this happen when playing other games?
