I dont see anything on your video. I think what you have is a screen burn, which therefore you will need to visit a service centre and have it replaced.
Screen burn happens if there is a static object in the same place at high brightness for a long period of time, leaving a mark on screen.
Check your video on another device and you will not see the problem.
