In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.

Am using Rog phone 2 as my primary phone and also playing pubg mobile more than 4hrs a day. And also o participating tournaments.

Coming to my point - Recently I see that some devices like OnePlus starts getting 90fps feature in PUBG mobile. They can now play more smoother . Why Rog phone 2 users not getting it. It has 120hz display and 855+. OnePlus 7t ,8 series devices now able to run at 90fps.

Below screenshot shot took from OnePlus. They got a small game update and after that they got enabled 90fps option. Me also got update but there is no 90fps option.

only chiness version recieved the 90 hrz but the global ones didn't wtf!

I have a ROG 2 and when I updated to latest version of PUBG I got 90 fps. Make sure:

Turn on 90 hz on your screen and for pubg in armory crate.

Put graphics to smooth in PUBG. Then you'll see 90 fps option

If you have a look around, you may find that ASUS is going to ask Tencent Corp.

Asus team please take some measures to enable 90fps on pubg mobile. We, ROG 2 users felt neglected in every aspect. Even the later version of ROG, i.e ROG 3, users are getting the 90fps update in pubg mobile. Is this due to the slow system update or other issue again : like Android 10 bug. Even lower spec devices are getting the 90 fps enabled, and here, we are left out again.

New system update requirement

If you look on Google Play and under PUBG, you may find someone with another brand (Samsung) have the same issue too.

It won't work, and I strongly recommend against doing that. Hang tight and let the developers know you want 90 FPS support for your device.
