When i play pubg mobile game and enable data saver option suddenly pubg app stop using internet connection, i m facing this issue when i upgrade my rog2 to android 10.
I enabled pubg mobile unrestricted data saver option.
Adding video proof.

Works on my phone. Are you still experiencing this issue? You tagged that you have a Tencent phone. This could be the reason if you're running the WW rom which is not supported for the Tencent version
