The phone reboots on its own. Not very sure but could be when I use whatsapp. Phone some times becomes very laggy & I can see ghost touches. This is my first Asus phone. Experience has been very bad.
Yesterday had a big scare the phone rebooted and did not load. Got a error message android could not load try again. I pressed the power button and after a considerable long time it switched on.
I normally say that if your phone restarts by itself once, then don't be alarmed. It can happen. But if it happens again, then backup, factory reset. If it's still happening, then you have a hardware issue which needs repair.
