Parts not available for ROG Phone 2 and services are very slow

I have submitted my ROG Phone 2 in service center for display replacement on 28-February-2023. They called me back on 3-March-2023 saying that my phone's replacement parts are not available so I called the customer support same day asking for help. And now it has been almost 1 month I haven't got any revert from them. I have called them several times in between but they had the same answer that (we have forwarded your concern wait for 72 hours to get a call back) but there is no call back from ASUS since then.
