Same here and I'm not surprised. Even when there was no ROG 3, the software support was very slow. And now when ROG 3 is in market, the attitude from Asus you can expect like - " Who are you? What is ROG 2 ? Did we had any device like that?" So, enjoy your potato phones guys.

When you have a ROG Phone 2 that restarts, crashes and so on, there's only one thing you can try before sending for repair and that is a factory reset.
This is not a software issue. It it was, then we would have fixed it.
I'm saying factory reset because it might help some users who have managed to trigger some unique bug. But for most users, it's needed to send in for repair
