Sure, you have to read reviews to see if a seller is trustworthy but even if he is not or the shipment gets lost during shipping. Those reviews you quote don't make sense. AliExpress is not 1 store it's thousands of very small "stores". You could do the same thing for Craigslist or OLX.com. it doesn't make sense to grade AliExpress like it's one store.
It does not mean that Flipkart and olx are absolute Garbage and you always get scammed but that you have to watch out for trust worthy sellers.
My tip is to go for sellers that have sold a lot of orders and have good reviews like the add I posted. But even then when things go wrong you can always get your money back through the AliExpress refund program.
But whatever you are free to do whatever you want. Just know that if you really can't wait for Flipkart that there are other possibilities.
