Mouse disappears after exiting Key Mapping

The only way I can seem to get my cursor back is by turning off Key Mapping.

If I try to restart the app. The mouse cursor disappears right as Key Mapping says it is enabled.

I just discovered that Middle mouse enables a touch cursor. I kind of feel like this should just be on by default after closing Key Mapping.
