microfone com ruidos e estalos

comprei o celular a uma semana, está apresentando estalos e ruidos bem alto ao gravar voz, gameplay e fazer Live. o microfone que faz isso é o esquerdo de baixo. está com o Android 10. cuido como se fosse um rim meu, pois foi o que paguei nele.

I also noticed that when shooting, the camera crashes a lot. Is it related to the microphone?

I sent it to the store's warranty, they sent me a new device. also with the same problem. both with pops on the microphone! this is annoying me 😞
