Is the WiGig Dock useful if I already have the Mobile Desktop dock?

I have the Mobile desktop dock for gaming on the big screen TV and to play with keyboard and mouse.
Is there any benefit in also getting the WiGig dock?
Can both docks be used together?

The only benefit is wireless image between the phone and WiGig Dock. It sounds like you already have a wireless setup. Maybe wireless keyboard and mouse?
I wouldn't use both if I were you
