Hello @Asus lab my device is getting heat with 5-10 min of normal usage like Facebook,insta & etc. Please do let us know whether it is happening with my device or for all .If for all then can it get fixed via software update ?
for me its only heating in pubg or 120fps games that use 99 gpu even in call of duty without fan not hot https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oErxV8DB7iM whell if you outside at sun its heatup im using imak mate/sand black case i have global version 512/12
I think the heating issue automatically reduced to a great extent after some days of issue except while charging. Hope Asus team will fix that too in the next update
