It could be delayed (I don't have access to that info). We also have another FOTA coming quickly, the software team may have opted to use the newer build instead.

Patience.. it will become available just like .44 now is. There are always some days between the releases. I am sure they have their reasons.

Can make OTA updates work the way they do on Google devices? If you manually search for an update. It ignores the staggered roll-out and begins the update.
