Can't use phone after updation

Horrible experience after updation
android.process.media keeps stopping
I am unable to use my phone it's popping up every time and can't open any app especially gallery
Worst experience ever thanks asus and devs team for this wonderful experience

Do it several times and also reset all apps. It kind of worked for me but not completely. I will most probably do factory reset over the weekend.
By the way I had the same experience after manual install. Crashing all over.

Hi @Smokin_like_a_rasta,
I have come across this, try the below:
Clearing cache is 1st step but sometimes it doesn't work & needs further check
Downgrade with the file provided on Support website after backing up your device.
Manually install the Android 10 file
This solved my problem, do let me know if it works.
