Austra ROG2 Android 10 - manual firmware update failed

hi Guys - new to Asus community. i bought ROG 2 recently in Australia. Its still on Andoid 9.
I am trying to upgrade to Android 10. Downloaded latest firmware from Asus website. After restart, its recognising the update, however update failed with error "System update failed".
Current Firmware:
Android 9
WW_16.0631.1910.35_0
Target Firmware:
ZS660KL software Image：WW_V17.0230.2002.32 for WW only*

have you check the size of the downloaded firmware?
the filename should be
UL-ASUS_I001_1-ASUS-17.0230.2002.32-1.1.145-user
with size of 2.372.898 KB

Also should be moved from downloads to root folder
