Asus ROG Phone 2 Network Problem

Model Name: Asus ROG Phone 2
Firmware Version: PKQ1.190414.001.WW_Phone-16.0631.1910.44-0 M3.13.33.31-Yoda_875021
Rooted or not: Rooted
Frequency of Occurrence: Often every 5-10 minutes.
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): Any application that uses mobile internet.
I use two SIM cards, I use one of them for internet, it stops working.
It happens like this:
I am using an application that uses mobile internet> internet stops working> in the status bar I see 4G and two arrows (download and upload), I noticed that the download is not flashing, and the upload is yes> the sim card range disappears> I have to enter the settings, turn the SIM card off and on.
It does not matter what SIM card slot I use, the problem is the same.
The problem had come and gone before. Now he has reappeared and much more often.

Same issue for me, but my range does not disappear but it becomes half.

I have at&t & t-mobile sim, mine disconnects from t-mobile. But the other day I had to change apn for some reason to get my data back.
Although my 1yr straight talk at&t plan did expire that day, but I had 1 month plan already in place for continuous service.
Need volte enabled on at&t. I haven't had any luck with t-mobile being reliable on the phone.
