Asus Official Bootloader not working on Android 9 && 10

Firmware Version:WW phone 16.0631.1910.64-0
Rooted or not: not
Frequency of Occurrence: everytime
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): unlock official app from website 9.2.0.0
In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can
I have tried to unlock bootloader from the latest APK in android 10 and android 9 still getting the same error .

I have purchased directly from the flipkart .
Currently downgraded to android 9 still not able to unlock bootloader.
Please help asus
