Mobile data not working

I just bought an asus ROG phone 9 brand new but when I put in the sim card it recognize my carrier, I can make phone calls and sms but when I want to use any app that use internet it says that I got no connection to internet, the mobile data is turn on and every thing, I turn on and off the airplane mode, I try another sim cards and happens the same, I put my sim card in others phones and works fine, is just like a can't use 4G navegación or any kind of navegación, does anyone else happens the same or any one got any idea of what to do? Please

I can't use mobile data at all when I am on a phone call. Ever since rog phone 3 I can't use data when on phone call. This is a long time issue. Can't believe Asus hasn't fixed this.

Maybe when you have your Sim in a phone that works, you can go into Sim settings and look at the APN settings for the carrier, and see if they're the same, carried over when you put Sim in the rog phone 9. Does it happen because you are on a phone call perhaps?

Good luck with getting it to work. Makes me consider trying Samsung instead...! 😋
