I preordered my ROG Phone 9 Pro Edition in Australia and I've had it for just under 5 months. I've been using my cooler as a stand for the alarm to appear in landscape mode and to view my phone's AOD when I wake up in the morning to check notifications, emails, etc. Recently, the cooler just doesn't detect anymore when I connect it. And if it does detect, half the time it disconnects after a few seconds. I've got the latest firmware for my phone (35.1810.1810.411) and I believe it's the same for the cooler, but I can't check because it's not connecting and can't get any updates for it. I've already tried restarting the phone multiple times and clearing the storage and cache of the armory crate but the issue persists. Is there any other way to resolve this, or possibly add a sort of "Force connect" button that will get the phone to think the cooler is attached no matter what?

It's possible there could be a connection issue, I would recommend reaching out to your closest ASUS Service Center so that they can look into it.
