 sudah update software terbaru, tetep ga bisa, harusanya ROG berbenah untuk kasus ini, karna sudah banyak kasus dari seri terdahulu, menyesal sudah

Yes, I have tried it and have updated the software manually, but it still doesn't work. It was suggested to reset it, but I haven't reset it yet.

I can recommend doing a SMMI test to see if the module is working as intended, to do this please open the calculator app and type "+12345.=" then choose Single Test and test the camera modules.
When testing make sure to scan the QR code attached here, if the result shows up to be faulty then It could be an issue with the camera module itself and I would in that case recommend to reach out to your closest ASUS Service Center.
