Hello asus 3 months ago I bought an asus rog phone 8 and everything was fine until a week ago when the bottom speaker started buzzing out of nowhere. The phone has never been cracked or wet, it's practically brand new. The phone starts buzzing when it wants to then stops and starts again, I think it's some kind of software problem because it's not constant. The phone was factory reset and the problem remained the same .When I change the modes and wait a minute or two immediately is getting better.I have a warranty of 20 months, but I don't know if they will recognize it because in practice the speaker works, but it started doing it often. So my question is what would be the solution in this case, would it be fixed with an update to Android 15, because I saw other people have a similar problem, only by putting the cooler. I don't have a cooler with the base model, with me it just happens out of nowhere, it's not from overheating or we just cool down when it wants to.Please asus help me I have been your user for over 15 years and have always been super satisfied but now with this phone I am left in tears. Thanks in advance

Hello! It sounds frustrating to experience issues with your ASUS ROG Phone 8, especially since it’s a new device. Buzzing speakers can indeed ruin the experience. Since you've already tried a factory reset and ruled out physical damage, it’s possible this could be a firmware or hardware calibration issue.
Here are a few suggestions you can try before pursuing the warranty:
Software Update: Ensure your phone is updated to the latest firmware. Sometimes, issues like these are resolved in updates. You mentioned Android 15 – if it's available soon, it might include fixes for similar issues reported by other users.
Speaker Modes: Since changing modes temporarily resolves the issue, it may be worth experimenting with different sound settings. Check the audio profiles or turn off enhancements to see if that helps.
Third-Party Apps: Apps, including heavy ones like terabox premium apk or high-performance games, can sometimes interfere with sound output. Uninstall recent apps to check if any of them caused the problem.
Diagnostic Tool: Use the built-in ASUS diagnostic tool (if available) or a third-party app to check speaker health.
Warranty Service: Even if the speaker works intermittently, buzzing is not normal behavior. Your warranty should cover it, as there’s no visible damage or signs of misuse. Contact ASUS support and describe the issue in detail, emphasizing that it’s consistent across resets and modes.
ASUS generally has good customer support, and as a loyal user for over 15 years, they should address your concern promptly.

The problem is fixed only by removing the sim card and it is for a short time and then it starts buzzing again. The solution of removing the sim card board is temporary and I noticed that it starts to distort the sound after 40 degrees of heat has passed.

You can try 3 things.
1. Since this is an air pressure problem, try removing the SIM card, pressing the back of the phone, and while holding it down, insert the SIM card.
2. This is more complicated, you have to put a little pressure on the SIM card slot and then cover it, you could blow and push with your lips without the air escaping.
3. The 2 previous methods work for excess pressure or low pressure, remember that when you insert the SIM card due to the movement of air it is high pressure, but the opposite can be the case. So, with patience and practice, repeat the 2 things with more or less pressure generated.

My problem was solved like this, although later due to a problem with the lid I had to open it and put glue on it, this caused the IP68 to be lost but therefore the internal pressure no longer existed because the air escaped (at least enough since I made sure it would be as good as possible). It's perfect like this but I don't recommend it.
