u did a factory reset after the update ? how much different on temp are we talking about here ? before and after factory reset after updating

Why factory reset is a necessary step for every fota ?????

not for every update, but sometimes it did solve the problem like corrupt data or if the update not installed properly, it's not really recommended if you doesn't face problem, but that's not the case with us right ? thats why here we are in this forum.

the easy way to explain is like when you have a house, u did update your tools, but sometimes u forgot to throw away the prev tools or missplace it and that tools became a junk. This junk can be removed with factory reset. It's like throwing all your tools and buying again the new one.

Additional thing i found in this update... Disabling the Google Play Store reduces the temperature by 1c

Maybe ASUS wants us to disable Google Play Services too
