Hello everyone, has anyone here recently experienced the Genie game not working or the app continuously crashing? Even when playing, the Genie game feature doesn’t appear?

yes i tried. first i restarted my device but it did not work. so i went to setting, advanced setting and game genie. when i clicked game genie, it did not open but showed to access the app info. i clicked there and cleared the cache and storage. then force stopped the app. closed recent activities and went back to setting advanced setting and when i pressed game genie, it opened and then i tried fc mobile and triggers and game genie started working. but i lost all my settings. macros and trigger settings.

Same here, my game genie crashed and stopped working suddenly today, already clean cache and other things suggested but not solving the problems yet

same here 2 hrs ago i played codm everything's fine then i charged my phone and ready to play again but the game genie doesnt show up, i thought i was the only one having this prob rn but thank god i found this page of asus, i know now that im not alone qith this problem
