Hello everyone, has anyone here recently experienced the Genie game not working or the app continuously crashing? Even when playing, the Genie game feature doesn’t appear?

I am using rog 8

You can open Settings -> Storage -> Apps, then look for the "Ginie" game. Once you find the app, open its information, then go to Storage and Cache and clear both the storage and cache. After that, you can force stop the "Ginie" game.

 

I don't know if this works on rog 6 and 8 but on my device rog 7 it works

open your armoury crate once your done doing his method, make sure to do it, first  delete storage to clear both, then force stop the genie and wait for 1 min and open your armory crate then go to the middle like square icon below then check if there is a change in your game genie. it sshould be like this
