Please tell us some basic information before asking for help: Model Name:ASUS_A12201_F Firmware Version:WW-32.2810.2209.197 Rooted or not:no Frequency of Occurrence:always Phone doesn't recognize AT&T sim card. It can see the phone number but can't access network or make calls or use data. Says it's an unknown network. Took the phone to the AT&T store and they said it wasn't on the approved list yet even though the ROG phone 5 is. Anything I can do? Should I bother waiting for it to be approved if ever?
