What's going on with the rog phone

The phone is not charging see screenshots below, I disconnected it from the charger it continues to be like this

Go to settings>Battery>Battery Care

Select charging limit to %100

Coming from Samsung I used (Samsung galaxy note 9,S10 plus note 10 plus , S20 ultra , note 20 ultra S21 ultra) it's my first rog phone 5 compared to my experiences as a hardcore user I found that there is a lot of issues. I'm feeling it's like the phone is a testing unit in troubleshooting and testing phase

Well this is not normal behavior. I'm guessing your have some HW issue but lets log your device and find out.

Its not hardware issue, i am using asus zenfone 5z from past 33 months, and every time i disconnect power, phone showing charging for 20-30 second sometimes after 1 minute, its poor asus
