ROG5 Android 12 no sound on first dial in/out phone call

no matter dial in or out, the first time call will have no sound and then disconnect, whenever use phone, wired handsfree or BT handsfree, always have to call back/call again to talk on phone, seems to be bug on Android 12, no such problem on Android 11
