Rog Vision not working

Model Name: Rog Phone 5S Pro
Firmware Version: 31.0810.1226.139
Rooted or not: Not rooted
Frequency of Occurrence: All the time
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app):
In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.

Rog vision is no longer working - back display is just a black screen and turned off.
Rog vision has been enabled in Armoury Crate. Phone has been restarted a couple of times. Changing phone from X mode to Dynamic to Ultra Durable has no effect.
Phone has not been dropped or damaged.

Hi, the connection must have been dislodged behind back panel. Should go to service centre.

We're so sorry to hear about this. The last step I would take is to do a factory reset of the device. If it doesn't work then, you should reach out to your local service team.
