Hi all,

Does anyone experiencing the sound problem in your ROG phone 5? Whenever I open my Instagram or TikTok, the video starts playing and when I adjust the volume, the video will go buffering and never play. After that, my whole phone goes no sound at all even people calling it won't ring, just vibrate. The whole phone goes very laggy as well... For the game mobile legend, the sound effect in the effect is gone as well... I have to in-game restart the game then the sound will come back for one match only.. lol super sad

Anyone facing this problem? Any one got the solution?

Guys, can anyone confirm this. When i screen record in codm. Using the microphone of my earphone. The pick up of my voice is awful. It is only happening with the earphone is plug in to the aero cooler. But if you plug in the earphone to the bottom.m, the capture of my voice normal, it works fine

Also it is only happening in codm. Tried using it with mlbb. It works fine.

Any idea how to solve this?

1. For [Settings] > [Accessibility > [Mono audio], is this option on or off on your phone?

2. If "on", please help disable it, then reboot your phone, and check if issue persists. Thanks.

Tried this. Still the same

A lot of ROG 5 users are having the same issue as this. Toggle sound is there but no character in voice. This is the only game I play in my ROG but its no fun when youre playing it without the sound effects. Please resolve
