Rog 5 16gb Air Triggers No Work

Model Name: Rog 5
Firmware Version: Android 11
Rooted or not: No
Frequency of Occurrence: Always
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app):
I initially set up a few profiles for air triggers when i first got my Rog 5. When the June update was pushed out they stopped working. I even did a factory reset on the phone but the Air Triggers still do not work at all. There is no response from them on any games. This appears to be a hardware problem. Anyone got any ideas?
