Hi good day!

So recently after updating my rog phone 5 last week (August 21, 2023), seems everything was going smooth until yesterday.

My sim card suddenly was not detected anymore (tried troubleshooting already), airtriggers not responding, and the most unexpected is the vibration option not functioning anymore. I don't know what triggered this chain of events but it seems this is starting to happen to a lot of users lately.

I was planning to visit our local service center here in the Philippines but i would likely ask for advice first here on the forum if this is a hardware issue or software.

I had my rog phone 5 for the past 3 years now. Would be a shame to replace this now.

Did you get it fixed. Cause i got it fixed from the asus service centre with just service charges which was INR 500Rs. I just asked them to first try diagnosing the loose ribbion cable connection. And they did the what i asked, it fixed my issue and they even made an effort by putting some sort of epoxy over it so that it doesnt get loose again.
