Crackling microphone in whatsapp voice messages

On rog phone 5 when I try to send a voice message in whatsapp and there is a high background noise like in car, the audio is all crackling

Can you please record this using your sound or screen recorder. How does it sound if you record with the sound recorder while driving? Is this an app issue or a general mic issue?
