Presumably this would be a cumulative update and not total, you should download the previous update, .175 I believe, install it and after you should be able to install the .192
Best practice is to update in order until you reach the latest firmware package available on the support website. If this does not work, please make sure that you are trying to install the correct package, which should be the WW version.
