No modifications made in the year, no root, no customization, no damage to the phone either - literally 1 year since purchase and the phone died in the middle of the day. Initially I thought that the phone had simply run out of battery but it looks to be something else. I know for a fact that I updated my phone to the latest firmware in the past couple of days. Fingers crossed on Service Center actually accepting it tomorrow
