Air triggers doesn't work

Frequency of Occurrence:The air triggers doesn't work but on safe mode it does work and i already factory reset my phone but same problem.

IM IN ITALY I JUST BOUGHT THIS FCKN PHONE ON AN ASUS STORE WHO DOESNT GIVE A Fck ABOUT IT HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO SEND THIS fckn PHONE AND GET IT DONE.. 😑😑 I HOPE YOU CAN MAKE A SOLUTION OR YOU JUST NEED TO GIVE ME A NEW ROG PHONE

It is not at all working, i am also facing same problem, if it were the hardware part then how come it is working with safe mode.

It is asus that is producing sh*t product, firstly wifi and Bluetooth issue and now this. I have used ROG phone 3 it was way better than so called upgraded ROG phone 5. Kindly fix this issue. Asus was known for it's quality and now it is going to be known as the biggest loser in quality service.

• Please try to reset  the AirTriggers by going into settings -> Apps -> Clear cache and storage of Armoury Crate and AirTriggers
• Make sure your phone is fully updated to the latest firmware 
• Review all your apps
