Aeroactive cooler 5 fan mal function

Please help on how to fix my problem about aeroactive cooler fan not functioning during gameplay. Where to find updates to download. I think it's a software problem

Does it work outside of games and stops during gaming altogether?
Can you turn it on after you started a game or is the option totally disabled?
Maybe you set certain scenarios for your games accidentally to "no fan"?

We have the same issue. The Aeroactive cooler sometimes doesn't work together with it's air trigger

Sometimes it work during the game sometime not working and sometimes if you turn off the screen the fan still running
