Can you please confirm your location/circle. As 5G isn't available across India.
Also, let me know which network SIM you are using. The 5G should work by default and you don't need to actually do anything from your side apart from enabling 5G in settings.

Please note that all areas in UP dont have 5g. You may refer Ookla Sppedtest app to see if you are in a 5G area.

Atleast tell the users,when will the user get the update, but the company does not reply at all.If you give updates then we have to change the motherboard of the device.  I support people who are thinking of filing a lawsuit against your company in the United States
