Google dialer doesn't support this if it's not enabled in our device. We don't want to call through Google duo. We want to make video calls natively. Hereby I'm attaching the screenshot of Google dialer where you can see that it doesn't support direct video calling.

Kindly add support for this feature by passing this information to your developer team.
